Other shops do NOT allow you in the shop. But we have an open door policy and you are welcome in the shop any time. So come to the shop with us, look at the recommended repairs and decide for yourself. If you can’t make it to the shop, we can take a picture or video of the needed repairs and email it to you. So you can make the right decision before you commit to your auto repair. At BYOP we allow you to talk directly to the technicians You can walk out to the work area and ask our knowledgeable technicians any questions you want. Or even if you are just curious about what we do or how things work, you are free to find out. Because we run a fair and honest shop, we don't have to worry about what our technician is telling our customer.
Here’s something else. At most shops you have to leave your vehicle for days to get it repaired. That means if you have a repair that only takes two hours, they may put it behind a job that takes 10 hours. At BYOP we evaluate each job, provide BYOP express lanes, and perform most repairs “while you wait” in our comfortable state of the art waiting area. We sell all parts to our customers at “walk in price” from the national auto parts retailer of your choice.
